A Month of Change at Rapid Marine

March has been a big month for us at Rapid Marine, one defined by growth, development, and exciting steps forward as we continue to expand.

We started the month by welcoming our new Operations Manager, Izzy Heaton, to the team. Izzy has already made great headway in bringing a fresh perspective to the business. From introducing more digital processes into our order workflow, to reviewing how we manage stock levels, she’s helping us build a more efficient and scalable operation, all while empowering the team to bring the Rapid Marine vision to life.

Another major milestone this month was the launch of our newly redesigned website. This has been a project led by our Head of Marketing, Courtney Dunbar, working closely with Henderson Web Design in Plymouth. The goal was simple: make it easier for customers to find the right solution for their needs. Our products are now clearly categorised by lifting and securing, helping customers navigate the range more effectively. We’ve also introduced new content pages to give a deeper insight into the business, alongside helpful resources such as installation guides, videos, and now our latest news updates.

Behind the scenes, our Managing Director, Mike Evers, has been developing an exciting new product range: lifting harnesses for the 100% electric Orca jet ski. Following direct contact from Taiga Motors, driven by increasing demand for a reliable launch and recovery solution. We are now working on harnesses for the P2 and WX3 models, with plans for release by summer 2026.

To round off what has been an incredibly busy month in the lead-up to peak season, we’re proud to share that March has also been a record month for sales. We’re currently 36% up in the first quarter of 2026 compared to 2025, a milestone that reflects both the hard work of our team and the continued support from our customers.

We’re excited to see what the rest of 2026 brings.
